Individual / Small Orders
$50Nonrefundable sourcing fee. $25 credited toward completed orders of $250 or more.
Business / Bulk Orders
$75Nonrefundable sourcing fee. $75 credited toward completed orders of $500 or more.
Complimentary Consultation
Review catalogs, digital mockups, specifications and available in-house samples at no charge.
Samples & Shipping
Sourcing fees cover coordination and preparation. Physical sample garments, shipping and taxes are quoted separately, and must be approved and paid before ordering.
Ownership
Samples supplied for review remain His Nation Manufacturing property unless purchased. Purchased samples belong to the customer and are not returnable through His Nation Manufacturing unless agreed in writing.
Custom Decoration
Printing, embroidery, DTF, digitizing and artwork are charged separately. Decorated samples require advance payment and are nonrefundable once production begins, except where required by law.
Approval & Additional Requests
Customers approve garment style, size, color, decoration placement and final quote before production. Minor manufacturing lot differences may occur. Additional sourcing, replacements or rush freight may involve separately approved charges.
Sample Credits
Credits apply only to the associated project, cannot be redeemed for cash and expire 30 days after sample presentation.
